Hi Gang! As Brian has new experiences, Brian grows and changes. What new changes have you seen in Brian in the last few chapters of the book... Chapters 6-9?
My favorite points are : 1- When Brian tried to find food . 2- When Brian thinks how to use th hatchet . 3- what happened to Brain when he saw a bear . 4- When the bear didn't mind to share food . 5- When Brian built his shelter .
Good thoughts! I think Brian is an amazing boy. I love the fact that the hatchet, which he didn't really want, becomes the most important thing he owns.
The favorite thing is when Brain threw the hatchet on the rock or stone. The hatchet hit a rock and made sparks by friction.

I like that Brian takes another step toward manhood and he learns a lot of things that anyone in his age doesn't do it or learn it !
